HOW WE CAN HELP

We will teach your team the principles and rules of interview methodology and results processing, and help them put acquired skills to test in practice.

WE WILL ACCOMPANY YOUR TEAM FOR THE WHOLE RESEARCH PROCESS:

IF YOU ARE A CHIEF EXECUTIVE AND YOU WANT TO TRUST US WITH YOUR TEAM, YOU NEED TO KNOW:
The result of the research will be a concrete project that will be eventually used in the work. Quite often participants take tasks they’re currently working on and solve them with us. It’s not your usual “thank you, it was fun” workshop — we go after results with team efforts. We help, observe and kick ass when needed.

3 screw ups and the participant is out
At this certain time mentors compare the commitment with the received results.
Breaking down what goals have not been reached and why. “Not enough time” is unacceptable.
Planning for the next week with due regard to the received feedback.

WORKSHOP EXAMPLES

Every participant sends us an interview recording. We listen to the first interviews and give recommendations:

1ST EXAMPLE

how interview technique can be improved;

what questions should have been asked and on what stages;

how to avoid such mistakes in the future.
Then we’re checking 3-4 interviews of each participant on different interview stages the same way.
During the training upon receiving the interviews we meet with the team and play the interviews bit by bit. Then we discuss with the team:

2ND EXAMPLE

what everyone has heard;

how this information should be classified;

why it should or should not be noted.
This way we break down one interview.
From our experience for effective promotion every participant needs 2 hours a day. Whether they will spend their working or free time is an open question that will be answered before the start of the mentorship.

HOW MUCH TIME AN EMPLOYEE WILL SPEND A WEEK?
Our goal is not to spend your paid hours. Our goal is to bring your team to end results even if it requires more time from us.
